Ordered a lamb biryani take-away. The rice was uncooked and the lamb was tough. Called the manager, Morne, to report that the food was not upto standard. Morne asked me to bring the briyani for a quality inspection. The next day I took it back to the restaurant, later in the evening Morne called me to report that, that’s is how it supposed to be and that is how The Raj prepare their lamb biryani.
