Bad attitude from Manager Briton

Visited the Raj at Monte Casino. In JHB.Was time to pay the bill..paid via card machine and money went off the account..yet the machine said declined. The manager named Briton embarrassed us in front of everyone and gave us such bad attitude by screaming and addressing us. Ive showen him the statement on my banking app showing the funds have gone off but he still insists and shouts "DECLINED!"
