WORSE EXPERIENCE

I would never use Racers Edge for anymore of my requirements. I had purchased a set of Xenon Headlight Bulbs D1S for my Golf 6 GTi on Sunday 08/10/2017 and I had asked the sales personal to have those bulbs tested of which his reply was to actually plug it into my vehicle as this was the only way to have those bulbs tested. I had taken those bulbs home and plug them in to which both bulbs were not working, I had tried to contact the Store the same afternoon as the trading hours stipulated that the closing time was at 3pm on sundays,( proof of call log to the store is available as snapshots have been taken), there had been no answer as the store closed early.

I had again called on Monday 9/10/2017 morning and spoke to another guy at the store of which he had advised to bring those bulbs back for them to inspect it, I had rocked up at the store and there it began, the guy inspected the bulbs and had told me that I had broken the filament and burnt the bulb and I was spoken to very rudely, there has been many stores that I have purchased goods from and whenever there is a problem with the goods purchased it is always exchanged, this is the first time that I have been made to look like some kind of ***** that's looking at breaking something intentionally and want a credit.

I had also asked the 1st sales guy knowing that it is an electrical item, If there was a problem with these bulbs if there would be an exchange and he clearly said that it will be exchanged, the cashier on the day had also asked him if the bulbs where tested and to which he rep**** that the bulbs has to be connected onto the vehicle to know if the bulbs actually work.

I would never ever purchase any goods from this store again.
