Budgie sold to client with scaly face mites!

Bought my budgie last week Saturday at the Queen pet shop in Clubview. Since it is my first bird, I didn't know enough to notice the scaly face mites on her beak. Just came from vet. He confirmed. So they sold her to me like that! And that means ALL of their budgies has it!
