Bad service

Well have to say as bad as the service at queens pets moreleta is, the service at gezina is even worse. The red head girl working there got up this mornibg but she totaly forgot to wake up. 1st whrn you walk into the petshop you get shouted at from behind the tills .... do you need help... then yiu tell them what you wsnt and get told rhe fish is in the back.... nice help... then you go to the back... and nobody therd to assist you. Finally you get a lady. Then she does not know prices then she called a red head girl whom also had to go and check the price on the system.... the you need plants you tell her which ine yiu want then she totaly ignores you and take another one. ....the i took out a plant and she almost jumped on me as you are not allowed to take you plants. Her way of working wuth costomers is absolutely ****ing me off. Sorry if has not waken up today and is so slow that it took het over 5 min to put 1 plant in a bag. Who has time to wait for someine that dont want to be at work?? I would much rather go to queenscorner as the people there are friendly and helpfull.
