absolutely shocking

i bought a fish tank starter pack for my little girl about a month and a half ago from the Queen Pet shop in Waverley in Pretoria. since yesterday the pump does not work, i phoned the pet shop this morning and spoke to Christo as i explained the situation and he said " i can't do anything for you it is not right that it stopped working after such a short period of time, but you have to complain to the manufacturer of the pump and you must just buy a new one" as the supplier of the system are they not supposed to contact the manufacturer? i buy my dog food there every month and i will not support them anymore this is really ridiculous. so now i must just take out R200-400 every second month and just buy a new pump? the pump is a Sonic silent powerful 9103 please be advised NEVER to go there again if this is the service that one gets absolutely ridiculous i will never support them again
