Deposit to be paid back

I made a booking at the Quays(Durban) at the end on November 2015,I was assisted by Carolyne to make the booking and was requested to pay R9150 for my stay of which R1500 was promised to be paid back to me...I've been told that I need to speak to Avril for the payment. I spoke to Avril several times and I'm not winning.<br> <br> I have been struggling to get my deposit ever since...I'm now going the legal way to get what's mine and will never ever use their services.<br> <br> REF Number : CT5579
