Terrible treatment from owner

We have a ladies lunch club with approx 40 members that pick new restaurants every month to go to. We decided to try The Pudding Shop, however, due to the abusive and terrible treatment by Klara, one of the owners, we decided to take our business elsewhere!<br> <br> The lady that runs our lunch club was verbally abused and made to feel extremely unwelcome at this establishment in her dealings with Klara to organise a luncheon. <br> <br> I will certainly not recommend this place to anybody.
