Most Abusive Establishment!

thinking of using The Pudding Shop as venue, please don't. It is possibly the most disgusting establishment I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. I just got a phone call from one of the owners, Klara, accusing us of not paying our venue hire, saying we told the waitress to deduct the deposit from the final amount last night, which never happened, she did it all on her own and said we were at fault. We were happy to pay whatever the cost was for the venue, and assumed that the waitress knew what she was doing when she have us the final amount to settle. Klara then proceeded to shout at me on the phone, wouldn't let me utter a word and said \your little Clare just decided you didn't have to pay"so I told her she was being disgusting"
