Aggressive, abusive owner.

Made a booking for an afternoon tea to celebrate my Birthday at the Pudding Shop in Parktown North with 20 friends.The owner was abusive and inconsiderate,they did not deliver platters which were promised,no effort was made,nothing special,no savouries,bad service and in fact the kitchen closed at 2:30 when the tea was from 2 to 4pm!Costly and not a happy birthday celebration at all....
