Two missed deadlines and Quote doubled before payment

I have ordered from the Promo Group several times before and it was my go-to when it comes to my corporate branding. I had an order in April so naturally I reached out to the Promo Group. Unfortunately, my experience over the past two months has been absolutely disappointing, and not at all what I would expect from the Promo Group. I made a straightforward order that missed two deadlines and is still not completed. The pricing from the quote was also doubled. For this reason, I request a full refund. A detailed description of events below.

• 22nd April: First enquiry with Demi on sports gear • 26th April: o Confirmed Order with Demi and requested quote o First quote was incorrect at R 37 401.59 (R14 398 per golfer) and sent back to Demi for correction o Corrected quote of R 4 388.22 received and accepted o R2 100 deposit paid o Receipt of POP confirmed • 3rd May: DEADLINE DAY: I was waiting for confirmation to settle balance and collect stock from the warehouse. • 3rd May: Received confirmation email to collect stock from Charmaine Darrel (BAR-SO***4) • 4th May: Demi confirmed that stock however arrived with no branding- causing us to miss the deadline.

Although there was this blunder, and we missed the tournament I decided to get a better logo and use the kit at the last function of the year on the 26th of May

• 5th May: Followed up with Demi • 9th May: Followed up with Demi again, agreed I would design a better Logo and send for 26th May deadline. • 17th May: New Logo sent in the morning; Demi confirmed receipt • 18th May: I re-confirmed order quantity and price of R 4 388.22. Demi confirmed this on email. • 20th May: Wrong artwork received with old design (artwork was missed in the email although confirmed) • 24th May: Final artwork approved • 25th: Requested final invoice to settle balance • 25th May one day before event: new invoice sent- R 8 624.47

The new invoice was almost double the original signed quote and out of our budget. Furthermore, we had now missed the second deadline. The stock is now redundant, and we have already paid the deposit.

I am sorely disappointed. Hoping I can at the very least get my deposit back.
