Shocking !

Shocking how the Promo Group does business ! We were a first time client with The promo group wanting to print some promotional items with them . I asked if this could be done and they said Yes , they did not say anything about their printing limits on the phone and I assumed all is fine . Accepted the quote and Paid a deposit only to find out that their printing limitations cannot give us at all what we wanted . Upon canceling the order we were told that we will pay a 25% cancelation fee . So instead of going over and above and gaining Thousands of Rands worth of business , they are clinging to their little R1000.00 odd cancelation fee . We will never be using this platform EVER again !
