Great customer service!

I found the promo group on google early July after having met so many people trying to rip me off. The very day I made an enquiry, I was contacted within minutes to sort out my order. I wanted branded pens and the order was processed in a very timely manner, although there were hiccups due to zuma protests and looting, the promo group tried their best to ensure I don't encounter any inconvenience. Alex and Ansie are very reliable, fast and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I received my order yesterday and I am one very satisfied customer. Love my pens! I will definitely be ordering again.
