Avoid ordering from www.promoworld.co.za at all costs. Dealing with this company was one of the more stressful experiences of my life. I dealt with someone called Rebecca who is sweet, but this did not prevent the disastrous outcome. In the end, after repeated empty and broken promises I did not receive my stock on time for our event. When we finally received it late the quality was so disappointing I sent it back. It is now 2 weeks since being promised a full refund within 24 hours and after repeated attempts to get it, it seems I will never get it. I will, however, keep trying, failing which I will be taking them to the small claims court. I fear this company is nothing more than a **** operation.
