Wasted of time and money

After trying the phone like for ever spoke to a lady wereby she confirms she got a second hand iron set and a driver (Cleveland) and the blue gallaway bag on special and she will hold it out for me till the saterday 2 weeks ago drove all the way there just to get there 2 and a half hours latter and to realize they doint have anything in stock i requested from the lady after asking around werby now no one knows about my call i reqeusted them to phone some other stores to ask the lady then whent to the manger to to hear he does know were we will get and he is rude

I still new in the golf but surely this is not how you treat any client
