Voucher online inconvenience!!
I am not writing this review to get resolution as I managed to do that myself already but rather warn others from having to deal with the inconvenience and get The Pro Shop to indicate that you cannot use eBucks vouchers on the online store. The story goes like this...it started when I wanted to purchase some ***** on the online store. On the front page it clearly states that vouchers are working online again, I thought great let me go buy an eBucks voucher and use that. Needless to say, it doesn't work! On checkout it even says please "Pay with a Gift Card, MyGolfLife Wallet or eBucks Voucher". After several calls and no one knowing what to do I decided to let me just go into the store and get what I need to and be done with this. No stock instore....so eventually agree to load my voucher onto MyGolfLife wallet so I can use that instead...go home complete purchase online. @The Pro Shop, please either fix your website or remove that you can use eBucks vouchers online.
We launched a new website platform earlier in Aug and there were a few bugs that we still need to attend to. We will change the text at checkout for now. In this time whilst we are still trying to fix the bugs, you can convert the eBucks voucher to The Pro Shop voucher and that 1 works. We appreciate the feedback and glad that you managed.
