Treated disrespectfully and condescendingly after pointing out false/misleading advertising.

Had a terrible experience at The Pro Shop in Port Elizabeth. Shoes were marked down, according to the the in-store advert, from 1199 to 799. The advert explicitly said "R400 off". However, the price on the box was 999(there were about 20 pairs so not an isolated incident). I tried to explain to the shop manager that I was only getting R200 off and requested that he take the R400 off the actual price (999) not the inflated price (1199). He insisted that there was no error in the advertising and began shouting at me and treating me in a condescending way, offering to write the figures down for me on a piece of paper. Eventually, I had to leave as it became extremely frustrating and unpleasant trying to get him to see the advertising fault. I'm just getting back into golf but will be avoiding using The Pro Shop for any of my golf needs.
