The proshop not so pro

Drove all the way to la lucia proshop for my birthday i was getting a putter <br> A cleveland putter expensive item <br> Got there bad service from the get go sales team seemed to be allready on weekend some are standing around watching internet videos on a pc<br> I had to get a sales person to help me <br> Wanted a new putter the only cleveland they had was battered and brused<br> Asked if I could get a discount because of the condition<br> Answer no maybe i dont know maybe 5% <br> I would like a new i said <br> He went to phone another branch 15 min later o sorry no answer<br> I asked for the manager hoping for better service <br> He sent a scared looking assitant to tell me he Dion the manager at La lucia Proshop can not help me he is on the phone<br> Lesson learned dont bother going to the proshop no service ni expert advice<br> Just google it and order online.
