The Pro Shop poor warranty delivery

I purchased a driver and a fairway wood (3 wood). The 3 wood cracked and broke while on warranty. I was blamed to have brick it. I requested an independent and qualified examiner issue a report as I did not break it. The store sent me a lousy; unqualified sms as a report; stating I broke it. I raised the issue on the website. No response. Very disappointed with The ProShop.
