The Pro shop online “BUG”

I decided to purchase a pair of Adipures on the Black Friday deal. I specifically bought the pair because of the offer that was the 50% sale.

I waited 7 days and they said it been dispatched and on its way. I started to follow up. The morning Bibie sends me a mail saying my order is packed and will be send

A few hours later a generic mail gets send to me that there is no stock and they are just going to “re-fund” me.

THIS (when I followed up) takes 7 working days. So Three weeks and I have no shoes (leaving for holidays on the 14th)

My issue with this is, the value of the shoes is the value of the shies right, yes you pay less but thats the reason I go for the 50% deal.

So now I mail them and told them I will take a different pair of shoes at 50% discount and if needed I will pay the excess amount if the value is higher (its not about the money) I bought the DEAL.!!

I am STILL waiting to date to get someone to sort out my issue.

Its a joke!!!

Will not buy from THE PRO SHOP agian! And hope plenty of people on the 6 different platforms I am going to post this weekend will see this and NOT support them!
