The Pro Shop N1 City Megastore
Took my 7 iron for a genuine replacement shaft. What I got was a 5 iron shaft soft stepped twice. Shaft did not feel right so I sold the set. Their workshop is known for ****mi h
On another occasion I bought equipment for my son, the lady at the till was sooooooo extremely unfriendly and rude to me for no real reason. I told her to try being a bit more friendly to customers and she just brushed it off like it didn't matter what I thought. Either they do not get paid very well or this type of behavior is acceptable in their store.
I've been buying at the pro shop for close to 15 years. This will be the very last
