The Pro Shop Fourways - most terrible service

Scanned products on website for golf attire - golf shoes, golf shirts and golf shorts. I am serious buyer. Wanted Under Armour golf shoes (as per website). And other golf apparel especially Puma clothing. UBER’d to Fourways store after scanning website for ranges. In store golf shoes were quite different to website - what was in store wasn’t on display. This is misleading Pro Shop. Can’t buy shoes online without trying them on, especially at R4k to R4,5k per pop. I was dressed in under armour shorts, ping golf shirt and Hooka shoes. Store assistant clearly did not think that I was serious buyer being ‘casually’ dressed. After discussing that website stock was definitely different to displayed stock, store assistant did her best to assist. No alternatives shoe ranges and sizes were available - and I accept that and well done for store sales person for doing her best. Then moving on to shorts and shirts: chose 3 shirts and 3 shorts - Asked if where I could try on these items. Was told by gent in clothing department that changing stalls were locked and that they would be unlocked. He went to get key. Left me hanging for 20 minutes. No key and no response. So approached same gent looking after clothing and “did the ladies not get back to you?” I left. Your service is less than lacking - it does not exist. The store had no customers for clothing and only one(1) for shoes. There were more staff than customers in the store. Gent left me hanging for 20 minutes and when I approached and asked about having opportunity to try on apparel got answer “did ladies not get back to you?” Your staff are tired and quite frankly not interested in customers and/or sales. I hope your store closes down soon. It will save you costs of rental , staff costs and keep your ‘reputation’ intact. What a terrible customer experience. Never again.
