The Pro Shop - Fourways broken price match promise

I went to the Fourways mega store. Found a product through a legitimate online retailer at a lower price. Store agreed to price match at first , they checked the online retailer had stock of the item in question and it was a new product.

Waited over 30 minutes in the store for the sales consultant to come to me and say they are not going to keep their price match promise and would not be selling me the clubs at the matched price.

No further reason or explanation was provided.
