The Pro Shop

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the Golf game device purchased from the Pro Shop online store. The condition was shocking as the device came scratched with the charger cover broken and faded.

The club sensors were also in bad condition as some of them are missing and most of them are scratched quite badly. This implies to me that I was sold a second hand device at the same price of a new one.

No one at the pro shop has contacted me after I have sent 3 mails with the above complaint and have phoned continuously.
