Shameful Pro-Shop

I ordered via their On-line shop, containing tree items. The package was supposed to take just over two weeks to deliver. The time came and went, but no package. After phoning they said their systems had crashed. But that did not stop them from calling us back. The person resposible, a gentleman named Joe was the most confused, unhelpful person i have ever dealt with. He never came back to us with any answers. Eventually we found the package by chance at the local golf course pro-shop, while going to have a game. Opened it, and found that the order was not even correct. Tried calling but still no Joe. Now he does not answer our calls. Pretty shameful display from such a Credible company. I will never have anything to do with them. Golfers club is by far the best in town.
