Sales person & his mobile phone

Hi,
I visited the The Pro Shop in woodmead on Friday 18 November. I walked in, and I was on a mission to find a set of irons and a fairway and a driver. So I made my way downstairs when I got downstairs was greeted by a salesman, I returned the greeting and started having a look at the pre-owned clubs. I was looking for about 30 seconds, when this salesman asked me if I needed any help. I proceeded to ask if it would be worth changing my current Callaway irons to 'mid handicap' clubs. Before I finished and looked back at the sales person, he was busy on his mobile phone again.
I said to him I can see you are busy, I turned and walked away. I didn't see him again, and unfortunately did not get his name. If you have cctv we were in the pre-owned section around 13:30. I was wearing a blue Waterkloof golf club shirt.
i was then assisted by Ryan after that, hitting a couple of ***** with 2x clubs I selected. The worst part for me was, the clubs I selected were old, the driver, Mizuno MP630 was launched late 2009 early 2010, and is way over priced. The club looked new at least. The 3 wood was an R11s, looked like it had been dragged behind a vehicle, then the reason given for charging R1200 for it, the price it was traded in on was high.
I had a run in with The Golfers Club in 2010, since then I only buy from the Pro Shop.
If this is how loyalty is rewarded, I'd rather stop golfing. like Telkom in the end the pro shop is involved. I have made personal friends with sales people in The pro shop in Boksburg. Ken and I played alongside each other during the Benoni Lake Club Champs.
i feel that I'm no longer needed as a customer at the Pro Shop.
I hope Rhys sees this complaint!
