Problems with vouchers on online shop
Poor, slow website. Multiply vouchers don't work. Emailed them, they sent me other voucher codes, but those don't work either. Huge waste of my time.

We moved to a new website platform and with all new innovations, there will be some niggling issues to address and fix. Unfortunately, we do not redeem Multiply or Ebucks vouchers straight through our online website but you have the option of sending us the code and we will convert it to a voucher that can be redeemed online. Unfortunately, your second voucher code bounced back and was un-redeemable and we apologize for this inconvenience. As per our email conversation, we will ensure you have a seamless experience while we process your order.
