Pro Shop with behinner service

I recently visited the Proshop in Lynwood with the intention of purchasing a new set of clubs. However, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

Firstly, when I arrived, I noticed that the practice area was completely occupied by two friends who were having a social competition. Despite my interest in trying out some shots before making a purchase, I was unable to do so because of their monopolization of the space. This was incredibly frustrating as I believe that trying out the clubs before buying them is essential.

To make matters worse, not only were the salespeople aware of this situation, but they were also actively participating and laughing along with the friends. This lack of professionalism and disregard for potential customers was highly unimpressive. It seemed like the salespeople were more interested in socializing and having fun rather than assisting customers.

As a result of this disappointing experience, I left the Proshop without making a purchase. This not only resulted in a loss of sales for the owner, but it also left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer.

I would strongly suggest that the Proshop in Lynwood puts a limit on these social competitions and ensures that customers have access to the practice area. It is important for the staff to prioritize customer service and create an environment that is conducive to making informed purchasing decisions.
