When you insist on getting the price as per the adverti*****t, the sales manager Andre van Jaarsveld will make sure you are told that by doing his job and selling the product at the advertised price he is doing you a favor. The ad for these ***** clearly states "NOW R *** per ball" on the section of the ad talking about price. This, in contrast to a similar special for a competitor brand ball clearly stating "Buy 1 DOZEN NOW R *** per ball". If the former was not meant to mislead customers, then surely this should have had similar wording to the latter. When you show him on his ****y attitude towards a customer his manager Mr Brendan Mitchell will tell you that if you have a problem and feel so strongly about it you can go to the Consumer Commission and lodge your compliant there. Well done on your pathetic customer service. PS for Mr Mitchell, the Consumer Protection Act under Paragraph 23(11) clearly states that goods should be sold for their advertised price. And when a customer phones you with a complaint please have a better attitude.
