Pro Shop online shopping service

As a regular online shopper I would suggest not doing that from The Pro Shop unless you ar absolutely sure that there is no chance of needing to change anything for a different size or product. The initial purchase was a bit slow but acceptable as they do often get stock from their suppliers. The shoe size never fitted (very small sizes), I wanted to return and upgrade to a different shoe which was more expensive but i had tried a pair on and knew they fitted. The response (or lack thereof) has been dismal and when you do get a response after several emails the comprehension of what I wanted was zero, it seems that there is no continuation of communication even although there is a ticket number to follow the trail of conversations. I am still without my shoes and wait in hope that someone will eventually respond to my numerous emails and queries via the contact form on the website, more than 3 weeks now. Not a pleasant online shopping experience at all.
