Pro Shop N1 City
Service in store and the whole fitting process was a nice experience and would recommend it to anyone.
BUT
i Bought a pair of clubs with fitted shafts in December 21 and since my first round clubheads keep coming lose. Also lost my 8i head after it flew off when I played a shot - wich they offered to replace.
Although they tried fixing it the first time and propably will keep fixing it , its the inconvenience of driving there that gets me, like its my fault and then after a week to return to pickup the clubs that are now supposedly fixed and then also the humiliation on the golf course.
I deliberately went to this proshop because of the satisfactory reviews and obviously they are well known so that I can get proper clubs that can last me 15 or 20 years.
This is not the quality I expected.
There is not a lot of people with the same name as me and even spelt the same. For a second here, I thought I logged this... Anyway, I have alerted both the GM and the Sales Manager about this. Please go to our N1 city store and make sure you speak to Brendon Mitchell. He will gladly help you out.

Feedback on above - All the clubs were handed in and I got it back after a short while.
After almost a year I have not had any such problems again and I am now a happy customer.
I am not sure if a thank you is in order as it should have been done correctly the first time but at least the problem is now resolved and thank you for that.
I will gladly visit this shop again and maybe bring a friend or two with for a fitting.
