Poor Service and response

I bought a pair or Under Armour RST White Men's Golfshoes on the on-line Proshop yesterday morning around 10:00. The money was deducted from my account immediately, but the product remained showing in the cart. I've then tried contacting them several times by phoning numerous numbers and sending messages with no response. Then I went to my bank to check whether I maybe made a mistake, but they confirmed that the money was indeed deducted from my account and paid to the Proshop. I am feeling frustrated because of the lack of service and response from them. The amount deducted from my account was R2399.99. If I knew this was going to become such an issue and shlep, I wouldn't have purchased it from their store. I have proof of everything. I want my shoes and I want them to courier it overnight and cost free!!!! I will not advise anyone to deal with the online shop!
