Poor Service
Approximately 5 weeks ago I made use of the Pro Shop's Master Fitment centre as I was in the market for a new set of irons.The experience at the fitment centre was of the highest standards and very professional.After the assessment was completed,a recommendation of irons was made together with a shaft.The clubs recommended were the Taylormade RSi2 with an extra stiff KBS shaft.The only problem was that these clubs were not held in stock and had to be specially ordered from Taylormade. This would have taken between 3 to 4 weeks. After three weeks I was informed that the order is taking a little longer.After 4 weeks, I was informed that Taylormade do not stock these shafts.The message I received from The Pro Shop was: \Terribly sorry to inform you

Our sincere apologies. When we placed your order on TaylorMade, we unfortunately requested a specification they do not offer. Unfortunately their custom manufacturing department took over 3 weeks to inform us that they were not able to manufacture your request, and are working on a suitable alternative at a favourable price.
We expect to have this resolved shortly, so once again our apologies, this is the first time something like this has ever happened.
