Paid for clubs 5 months ago that haven’t been delivered yet

I called twice a week for 3 months and they continuously told me that the clubs should be on the next shipment. Finally, after 3 months, they realized that they forgot to place the order. I have waited a further 2 months from that point due to “delays from the manufacturer”.
