Online Order Never Delivered

I placed an order online for a special that The Pro Shop was running. I live in Fourways and have just received a phone call for another Pro Shop client informing me of my order arriving at their house in Sekunda. I then contact the store to be told my older should be delivered within the next day. I cannot understand how my order can end up somewhere complete different and now I don't have my order after spending thousands of rands and have no feedback as to if I am going to receive this order or not. Absolutely shocking.
