Not happy

Unfortunately lately they keep on messing up my orders. Three orders ago I ordered a bunch of ***** and shorts. When the order arrived all the items I ordered were ticked off on the slip but I ordered two pairs of the same shorts but only one arrived. Obviously they never looked at the quantity and only at the description. Then two orders ago I ordered a golfbag for my father in law as well as two clicgear cupholders. Again the same story with the cupholders. Only one arrived. Regarding the bag the correct bag was sent but in the wrong color. Now on my last order I ordered a driving iron. I also ordered a grip to be fitted on the club. I have spares of these grips so didn’t need another one but wanted it fitted immediately and thus ordered an extra one. Our nearest Pro Shop is 300km away. I called the online department to make sure that they fit it. Normally I talk to Nadia but another lady picked up. She said she will give the message through to the correct department to fit the grip. I asked her please it is important and she assured me it won’t be a problem. Surprise surprise the grip isn’t fitted. It is really starting to be a problem now. Four issues in my last three orders and then every time I need to contact Nadia again to get it sorted. The Pro Shop has a great selection but you pay a premium for these products and I don’t find it right that there is an issue every time.
