Lost sale
Went to the Fourways store to buy a new driver. After the salesman starts helping me I waited for more than 20 min for the clubs I wanted to test. Instead he decided to help to other clients while carrying the shaft and club head I wanted to try. Well done mate! Guess my custom is not important to you!
