Lack of knowledge on sale items.

I wanted to purchase a Titleist SM7 wedge at the pro shop, but the sale price was marked at R1999 per wedge and not as advertised at R1499 online per wedge. The gentleman that helped me wanted proof and I couldn't provide it so I couldn't purchase the wedge at that price and couldn't use my discount voucher. This to me was false advertising and lack of knowledge from the staff. Very disappointed in the service at The Pro shop Boksburg. Its not the first instance where I had bad service at that Pro shop. Lesson learned!
