Incorrect stock given

Went for master fitting session to buy irons.The week i collected the clubs,i went to a pro for a lesson.I explained that i had a new set of clubs.The pro then informed me that the clubs i had were not forged.I googled the model & found that they had given me normal cavity back mizuno ez & not the forged set.Checked the slip & had paid for forged irons.Keep in mind that the difference in price is +/- R5,000.00,forged being more expensive.Took them back & asked to see the forged irons,again a staff member brought out cavity back irons.We explained that this was not correct.The staff member googled the irons,went back into the store room & confirmed that the incorrect label had been placed on the box.He offered to change them & the only customization required was 3 layers of tape on the grips.Went to fetch new set a few days after & grips did not feel right.I was so fed up with the service,i took the clubs to Woodmead branch who confirmed that there was only 1 layer on the clubs which comes standard with the irons.Boksburg therefore didn't do any customization & just gave the clubs to me as is.Would've been none the wiser if it wasn't for my pro & paid for something i didn't receive.
