Got delivered used equipment

<p>I ordered a set of ladies golf clubs, srixion golf ***** and a wheel set. Called then two days later just to find out what the waybill number for the package was as I enjoy tracking my parcels online. I was told they couldn't give me this but my package would leave johannesburg that day (Tuesday). I was then called back and told that what I ordered has actually been discontinued and a replacement of equal value would be sent to me. Annoying but fine. Package arrives today. Two of the clubs (driver and 7 iron have obviously been used as a demo and are dirty and appear second hand. The ***** where lying loose (where is the box that appears in the product information online???) in the box. Luckily all were accounted for but I can't imagine why they didn't come in the box I ordered? The golf club bag was also dirty. I feel really disappointed that I would be sent a used club set when I ordered online, with no discount or bargaining tools available to me. Will not be using pro shop online in the future when it seems to me I can't trust that I will actually get what I ordered. </p>
