golf clubs

the proshop is the local agent for Taylormade clubs. I have got a problem with clubs I bought a while a go , the faces are caving in, apparently this is a design problem as they have since changed it and have had a number of returns. The problem is that they will not sell me the 3 clubs affected and want to charge R1400 per head. This is way more than a single whole new club costs, so they want to profit from their own faults, ridiculous. I do not mind paying for the the heads as I bought the clubs in another country , but to pay a premium is ridiculous.
