Free Holiday

So the Pro shop had a sale and if you spent a certain amount of money you would then qualify for a holiday. <br> I spent the required amount of money knowing that I would get a free holiday. I recently went into the holiday website only to find out that this company offers these holidays to anybody (you just need to attend a sales presentation). Surely this is not legal?? I am definitely going to query this with consumer protection
