FootJoy Pair of Shoes Replacement

I have received poor service at The Pro Shop (WOODMEAD). I took back the Foot Joy Tour Alpha pair of shoes because they were torn three months after buying them, I was told (in-store) they were under warranty and they will submit a claim, this was on the 16th of February 2023 - no one communicated anything to me afterwards. On the 14th of March 2023 I had travelled all the way from Pretoria to their famous WOODMEAD store because no one was willing to assist me on the phone, I was then told I will be contacted by Jullz or Tash by the 31st of March 2023 to fit my shoe size and provide me with a new pair of shoes and nothing has been communicated to this day.

The service I’ve received is extremely shocking, it’s been almost two months later without my preferred FootJoy golf shoes. I will never buy anything from The Pro Shop (WOODMEAD) based on their customer treatment regarding this matter.

Whenever I try to contact the store I’m being sent from pilar to post until someone says “I’ll call you back in 5min” and those anticipated phone calls never came.

All I want is my pair of shoes, THAT’S IT!
