False advertising

Generally always have excellent results and experience at The Proshop. This however should not go unanswered as I have asked the guys in Randpark Proshop to get some feedback regarding a Callaway umbrella retailing @R799.00 and advertised as a 64”. However on ordering 4 of these I have had to return them in store as the code and the item do not match. The code reflect 64” but in actual fact the it is only a 60” umbrella. I don’t blame the store but rather the false advertising as this has taken over 3 weeks to resolve. Please advise on the way forward as I am definitely not getting what I am paying for
