Excellent Management

<p>I recently visited the Woodmead Pro Shop and purchased some clothing during the sale. Unfortunatey the staff failed to remove the magnetic tag from my T Shirt and niether did the security detect the magnet as I left the store!</p> <p>I contacted the manager to inform him of the oversight.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store manager apologised and gave me a dozen golf ***** for the inconvenience and trouble I went through to go back to the store and remove the magnet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I appreciate the managers efforts to correct the situation and his generous offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will remain a loyal Pro Shop Consumer due to the service and professionalism!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
