Excellent customer services

I requested to have my Scotty Cameron putter fitted with a heavier weight in the toe only. The local agents (Acushnet) refused to replace only the weight in the toe. Gareth then took up my request and escalated such to the powers that be. He kept me in the loop all the way (which I did not expect at all).<br> <br> Gareth came back to me with positive news on Monday and requested that I bring in my putter to do the necessary as they had received news from Titleist Europe CEO that he had instructed the local agents to action my request accordingly.<br> <br> My putter has been sent and I look forward to a positive outcome... Customer service is lacking in general in SA but you have shown that it is still very much alive within your organisation via your can do attitude. Thanks a stack!!!
