Double booking
My husband had a booking today at 15:30 for a golf club fitting. He drove all the way there, just to be informed that “they are sorry there is a double booking”. He needs to come back another time. 1. Yes. Accidents happen. 2. But did you find that out at 15:30, or could you have spared my husband the trip and informed him prior to his arrival? Do you have any respect for your customers’ time?
