Don;t buy from the PRO SHOP online, you will be SORRY!

I placed and paid an order at the Golf Pro Shop in Durban. They claim to have delivered my items using Aramex who "so to say", delivered them. Yet, we received no calls, goods or anything else from them. They say they delivered the goods, but to who? How is it possible for a company to be as bad as this...how is it possible that a renowned company such as The Pro Shop" use such a terrible courier service. Thanks to them, I will need to get my loved ones new Xmas presents because they decided to either keep my gifts for themselves or give it to someone else.
