Dissatisfied with the Pro Shop

<p>I took my golf club in for repair at the ProShop Woodmead on 29.11.16</p> <p>The attendant Joseph undertook to call me on 30.11.16 with the quote as I required the item repaired by the 2.12.16 & requested delivery by the 2nd (i'm only 4kms down the road)</p> <p>I followed up on the 1.12.16 with a call. The operator said there is no Joseph at Woodmead notwithstanding that his name appears on the Job Card ref W027365.</p> <p>I called again and asked to speak to the MD I was connected with "Ryno" who undertook to revert to me.</p> <p>As of the 3.12.16 I have not had any response</p>
