Damaged golf pants and Fairway wood

Good Day<br> On Friday 24/04/2015 I visited the Pro Shop in Woodmead and spent over R5000 on golf equipment and clothing. Upon reaching home in Pretoria, I noticed that the Puma golf pants that I purchased had a tear/cut on the bottom of the left leg.On Saturday I went back to the store and was assisted by a lady named Mahlodi. She asked whether I was wiling to keep the pants provided they offered a discount,to which I agreed. However, management declined this and as this was the only pants in my size,I was quite distraught.It's difficult enough finding golf pants in my size, and they didn't want to even provide a discount.<br> I left the shop, and when I got home, I was ensuring that my equipment was ready for the Sunday round, and while removing the pricing the tags on the fairway woods, the paint peeled off the club shaft.<br> I am aware that this will not affect the performance of the club, but this is ridiculous - New club, never seen the course and the Pro Shop pricing label damages it - Didn't even bother to take this back - too much travelling time to and from Pretoria...guess that's the type of companies that we deal with in South Africa.<br> NB. Mahlodi provided excellent service.
